While contracts will always be a part of our working life we don't manage our customer relationships by quoting chapter and verse – preferring instead to have clear open discussions where we always look for solutions together.

Our customer satisfaction survey is managed externally on an annual basis and is delivered to our managing director who immediately sets out any improvement programmes himself.
